Resume Samples, Extending Your Education

Extending Your Education

A lot of candidates will have some sort of education in your field.  Many of them will not have any recent education, though.  Those that do have recent education will mostly be applying for entry level positions, and won’t have a lot of experience.

It’s a good idea to continue your education constantly.  Attend seminars if you can.  Take online classes.  Whatever you can do to make sure you have the most current education will be a big bonus in the eyes of any prospective employer.

Online classes are a fantastic way to do this, because you can do it in your spare time from home.  Just an hour a day will let you further your education, increasing your chances to get a fantastic job.  Take the initiative.  You’ll set yourself apart from all of those people who won’t take the time to do this.

You don’t even have to complete your classes before your job interview.  Just telling the interviewer that you are currently taking the classes will let them know that you are dedicated and committed to becoming the best of the best.  That will impress them a lot!
